Returns Policy

The terms and conditions described in this policy apply to all services (tickets) purchased in Greece through the online store www.kalymnotickets.gr.

Order cancellation

When you place your order through the online store www.kalymnotickets.gr, you have the option to cancel your order within the same day you placed the order.
For any return of your tickets, you can send us your request in writing by e-mail to info@kalymnotickets.gr. For any information you need, you can contact us by consulting the contact information on our site. 

Refund of the value of returned products

As long as you are eligible for a return, we will refund the value of the goods you return in the same way as the original transaction unless you wish to make a different return which you must notify us in writing.
Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible. In any case, it will be carried out after you inform us in writing about the request to return the products and we accept their return.

According to the Directive 2013/11/EC, which was incorporated into the Greek legislation with the KYA 70330/2015 and the Decision 31619 Official Gazette 969/22.3.2017 (article 8) the possibility of electronic resolution of consumer disputes with the Alternative Dispute Resolution procedure is provided in whole of the European Union. If the Customer has a problem with a purchase he made from the Online Store and resides in the EU, he can use the website https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/?event=main.home.show for an out-of-court settlement of the difference.

About sending tickets

The ferry tickets, whether for domestic routes or for international routes, in case of completion and payment of the relevant reservation, you can collect them from our offices at the listed address or from any authorized agencies of the respective Service Provider, such as, for example, from the port of departure where the agency of the relevant shipping company is located.

Regarding the change, cancellation of the ticket

The ability to change or cancel a ferry ticket, trip or other product or service is a matter governed by the terms of use of the respective Service Provider (such as the cruise line), which we recommend that you read and comply with, as is necessary to provide the desired travel service. Our company, operating as an intermediary, has no ability to influence the terms of use of the Service Providers and therefore bears no relevant responsibility for issues stipulated by them. Indicatively, as an issue provided for by the terms of use of the Service Providers, the possible costs incurred by you for the implementation of any change or cancellation of the travel service, which you have already chosen, are mentioned. In the event that the Service Provider grants you the right to change or cancel the selected service (e.g. ticket reservation, ticket delivery), in order to carry out said change or cancellation, you must inform us, via the contact form or via the page “My Booking” no later than 48 hours before the scheduled departure, in order to carry out the desired change or cancellation according to the terms of each Service Provider. In the event that you inform us less than 48 hours before departure, it is impossible to implement the change or cancellation of the relevant reservation. For the actions that the company needs to implement in order to cancel or change the service selected by you, the company charges you with the amount of six euros (€6). Furthermore, the company changes or cancels the ticket based on the charges applied by the respective Service Provider (e.g. the respective ferry company), which are defined in the respective terms of use, and for this reason are common to all travel agencies and travel service intermediaries. In general, the amount of the charge of each Service Provider is determined based on different factors, such as the time of implementation of the cancellation, which are described in the respective terms of use of the relevant Service Provider, with which you must comply. In case of cancellation, you will be refunded the remaining amount of the cost you paid for the selected travel service, which remains after the above charges on our part and on behalf of the Service Provider, in order to implement the cancellation of the relevant service. In case of cancellation due to the fault of the Service Provider, you will not be charged any fee.
